Preserving your company’s legacy for the long term

I am an entrepreneur and Navy veteran seeking to acquire and operate a business for the long term. As a submarine officer and nuclear engineer, I led and worked with high-performance teams to solve problems and achieve success in demanding environments. Now as an entrepreneur, I hope to apply lessons I learned in the Navy to help a small business transition into its next phase of ownership.

I am seeking business-to-business or business-to-government services businesses with $3m - $35m of revenue. I plan to move to the location of the business post-acquisition to lead and operate it as the CEO. I know that I can’t become an expert overnight, but will approach your business with humility and hard work, and will partner with you to design a transition plan that makes sense for everyone.

I have the support of investors with extensive experience in small business acquisitions and mentors with a long history of successful business operations to help me quickly close a transaction. If you are a business owner working on a succession plan, please reach out so we can talk.
